1. Will my dog fit in the Maxpack tote?
The ideal size for a dog that can fit in a Maxpack tote is up to 20 lbs but we have had customers with dogs up to 25 pounds that fit! We have a sizing reference guide that may be able to answer your question better. If not, let us know what else we can do to help!
2. Will my dog be comfortable and safe in the Maxpack tote?
The bottom of our Maxpack tote offers a padded surface to ensure your dog's comfort. Additionally, the reverse side of the padding is a hard surface, providing maximum support and safety for your dog.
3. Will I be comfortable with a Maxpack tote?
Our padded shoulder straps ensure your comfort no matter where you're headed with your best friend. For peace of mind, we have added a snap-on fastener and non-slip lining to our straps.
4. How can I clean my Maxpack tote?
We highly suggest spot-cleaning but we know that accidents happen! Our Maxpack tote is machine wash friendly but it may come out a little wrinkly. Our recommended settings would be a cold wash (if possible, in a laundry net) and hang dry.
5. Can I take my dog on a plane with the Maxpack tote?
Unfortunately, the Maxpack tote does not currently meet the standards of airlines.

When will I receive my order?
By default, orders will arrive within 5-8 business days via USPS, unless otherwise stated on a product page or at checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer USPS Priority Express, measured in weekdays (excluding holidays and weekends). Only orders placed by 2:00PM EST Monday-Thursday are guaranteed within the noted timeframe.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, unworn and in good condition with original hangtags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping fee.
Sales and promotion, gift card, and items purchased with merchandise credit are FINAL SALE and ineligible for refund.
