When will I receive my order?

By default, orders will arrive within 5-8 business days via USPS, unless otherwise stated on a product page or at checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer USPS Priority Express, measured in weekdays (excluding holidays and weekends). Only orders placed by 2:00PM EST Monday-Thursday are guaranteed within the noted timeframe. 

Shipping to AK, HI, or PR

Sorry, we do not ship to AK, HI, or PR at this time.

My packages get stolen or lost all the time. What can I do to make sure I get my Maxpack order?

Requiring signature for delivery is a free service that we provide on all our shipments. If your delivery area has a high incidence of lost or stolen packages, we strongly encourage you to select this service. In the unfortunate event that your package never makes it to you, but delivery is confirmed by the courier, we will not refund or re-ship orders. 



If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, unworn and in good condition with original hangtags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping fee.

Sales and promotion, gift card, and items purchased with merchandise credit are FINAL SALE and ineligible for refund.
